My Approach to Helping

There are many reasons why you may be seeking help at this particular time in your life - struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma (PTSD), low self-esteem, a painful loss, grief, difficulties in relationships, or other challenging life transitions. Whether you have sought help before or are reaching out for the first time, I will collaborate with you to create a space of compassion, trust and safety in which you can grow, heal, and become the best version of yourself.

While I work with a wide variety of people experiencing many different challenges in their lives, I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and trauma (PTSD). Because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, I take an integrative approach and tailor treatment to your unique style, personality, and strengths.

Deciding to reach out for help is perhaps the most difficult step on an important journey. Please contact me to learn more about my services and how I can help you through the next steps.
