I meet clients where they are and focus on empowering them to take control of their lives and make thoughtful decisions about the changes they would like to make.

My name is Lauren Johnson and I am licensed as an Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Maryland and Virginia. I believe that individuals have a great capacity for growth, change, and healing. Therapy plays an essential role in helping people achieve an expanded awareness of themselves and of themselves in relation to others. I take a compassionate, non-judgmental, strength-based approach as I support you in dealing with challenging life experiences.
