I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse field, working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families in a variety of settings. My specialty areas include substance abuse, depression, stress, anxiety, anger, relationships, and self-esteem. I also provide couples counseling.
