My Approach to Helping
I want to help others find happiness from within themselves. Sometimes, people need a little help to get through the dark and muddy parts of their life.
I have experience working with depression, anxiety, drug or alcohol addiction, trauma, and other mental illnesses. I use collaborative and evidence-based approaches. Depending on your personality and preference, we can work on issues with either Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a Mindfulness approach, Existential Therapy, and/or Exposure Therapy.

My name is pronounced BRIT-nee. I was born in India and raised in Chicago and Houston. I am a PC gamer. I like to clean, cook, go fishing, collect seashells, have boba drinks, play board games, and eat chocolate cake. Cultural awareness is important to me. I also hold a lot of aspects of my Indian culture within my life such as food and values.
