What's My Approach to Therapy?

You're reading this because you want to feel differently. Relationship challenges, stressors, unexpected events, and traumas from the past combine to drain your mental and emotional resources. You're stuck, and you know your current way of getting by isn't cutting it anymore. You're ready for a change. Together we will both explore the root of the problem and take actionable steps to help you to become who you want to be. Offering LGBTQIA+ affirming Individual and Couples Therapy, I specialize in treating anxiety, codependency, life transitions, depression, grief, and thoughts of suicide. My approach integrates Gestalt Therapy, EMDR, and ACT techniques to explore underlying experiences that keep you feeling the way you do. Through the use of somatic approaches, you will be able to move underlying emotional experiences which may be resistant or inaccessible to traditional talk therapy alone.

My Practice & Services

Open-hearted and open-minded, I provide a safe, collaborative environment where you can share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. Together, we’ll find what is holding you back from confidently living your life on your terms. I encourage you to give me a call. Let’s talk!
