My Approach to Helping
Breonna "Bre" Willis is a Registered Social Work intern (CSWI) with 3 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about supporting and assisting every unique individual, couple, and family on their life journey. Bre has worked with a variety of age groups, cultures, ethnicities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. She specializes in anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, major life transitions, and more. She received her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Florida A&M University and her Master's degree in Social Work from Florida State University. Breonna loves to inspire and shed light on what may seem like a dark time in one's life.Bre has also worked in a variety of mental health setting such as schools, outpatient substance rehabilitation facilities, non-profit outpatient therapy facilities, and homeless shelters.Bre utilizes patient-centered methods, solutions-focused therapy (SFT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing. She wants to assist and support you in your mental health journey toward healing. Bre believes that the therapeutic process will also open up more positive doors in your life; the journey will be worth it! You are not alone; she will be there to help guide you, while you help yourself to heal and transition to your peaceful, happy, highest self. Hergoal is to support her clients in achieving the life they truly want and desire.
