I am uniquely equipped to help those who suffer from anxiety, depression, relational disappointment, grief and loss. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life who desire to understand, make needed change and enjoy the life they were meant to live. More Info About My Practice
My clinical experience includes providing a wide range of counseling services to adult individuals, adolescents, groups and couples. I help my clients work through grief and loss, depression, anxiety, relational stress, adjustment concerns and low self-esteem along with those desiring to increase their life satisfaction through personal growth counseling. I have worked at university counseling centers, community mental health agencies, in outpatient counseling centers and in private practice. I am also a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator.
My clinical approach to therapy is called Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. This approach is primarily about understanding oneself in order to navigate relationships and life experiences in a more healthy growth oriented manner.
