We all go through various seasons in life. Many of them are good, enjoyable, and peaceful; while others can be painful, lonely, heart wrenching, difficult, overwhelming, etc. Having a listening ear, a safe place, and wise guidance is immensely valuable in learning how to do more than just survive the challenging times. We all need help and support at times. We were made for relationships. We are stronger when we are working together and building each other up. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of counseling experience. I have the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as, couples, dealing with a variety of issues. My therapeutic approach is integrative and strengths based: I use a combination of therapeutic theories and techniques best suited to you and your situation. We will work together to create an environment conducive to growth and change. I know how difficult it can be asking for help, we will build on your strengths to help you feel empowered and able to move forward.
