My Approach to Helping
Do things feel out of your control? Are you anxious and constantly questioning yourself? Are you feeling like an imposter at work or school? Having trouble balancing schoolwork and life? Does adulthood seem tough to tackle? These are a few areas I specialize in helping clients work toward learning to manage as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
My approach is collaborative and I implement a variety of evidenced-based practices (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) to find the best treatment for you because therapy is not one size fits all. My goal for everyone entering my (virtual) office is to feel comfortable, heard, and seen. The majority of my experience has been working with clients who are reaching out for therapy for the first time.
