My approach is all about taking a holistic view, focusing on the whole person and not just their symptoms. I also believe in staying positive and motivated throughout the process because I know that's what leads to lasting change.

I specialize in psychological testing, including psychoeducational testing, ADHD evaluations, and Autism evaluations. Additionally, I provide therapy to individuals of all ages. Though I rely primarily on CBT, I also believe in tailoring treatment to suit each client's needs. As such, I incorporate various other therapeutic approaches, including DBT, ACT, and play therapy.
