What's My Approach to Therapy?
Some days it can feel like you’re carrying more than anyone can see, replaying moments, feeling anxious, or struggling to connect with others. It’s exhausting to feel disconnected or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Maybe you’ve been through experiences that left lasting marks, and now you’re ready to feel more grounded and secure within yourself and your relationships. In our work together, my goal is to help you rediscover a sense of safety, self-trust, and possibility.
Healing can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can move at your own pace. Using EMDR, attachment-based, and person-centered approaches, I’ll help you heal, grow, and reconnect with a stronger sense of self and hope for what’s ahead.
