My Approach to Helping
I help neurodivergent and queer young adults create zestful, grounded lives. I help those who are stuck in their thoughts and in their body. Or, those who are stuck in worry, shame, or relationships that do not respect who they are.
I provide depth-oriented work, meaning I care about helping you understand who you are underneath your masks and coping. We will be with you exactly how you are and help you grow from knowing yourself first. I believe that therapy is a place of radical permission to be all that you are, all that you have been, all that you could be … even when none of that feels okay. In my relationship with clients, I value genuineness, warmth, and humor. I'm not afraid to laugh at myself and be a real person with you, and I invite you to be yourself with me.
