My Approach to Helping

Intimacy is essential for relationships to thrive. If you feel disconnected to yourself or your partner, are lacking physical and emotional intimacy, and are unable to talk about these issues effectively, I can help. I am a licensed therapist working at Intimate Inquiries, located in Boulder and Niwot Colorado. With my specialized training in the intersection of sex, relationships, and identity coupled with my clinical experience, I can help you enhance communication, increase awareness, ignite sexual intimacy, bring balance and satisfaction to your life and relationships, and help you emotionally connect to yourself and your loved ones.
I specialize in sex therapy for individuals and couples and work with issues that range from intimacy, mental health, and adjustments to major life changes. I have a solution-focused and strengths-based approach that integrates a variety of modalities that I tailor to best serve your individual needs.
It is my priority that my office is a safe, comfortable, and confidential space for my clients. Call for a free phone consultation, where you can ask questions, describe your challenges and together we can collaborate to help make the changes you are looking for now.

More Info About My Practice

Becoming a Sex Therapist was a very natural and exciting process for me since I have always found sexuality an essential, fun, and fascinating topic. My ease, enthusiasm, and non-judgmental approach led me to this specialty, which I absolutely love. I feel very fortunate that I can make a living at helping my clients heal, grow, and achieve greater satisfaction and love in their lives and relationships. Whether you come in for brief, solution-focused sex education or for long-term therapy, my approach is sex-positive, open and affirming.
People of all ages and from all walks of life can benefit from gaining accurate and comprehensive knowledge of how our bodies function, gain self-love and confidence to advocate for our emotional, sexual, and physical needs as well as becoming more effective at communicating with our loved ones around sensitive topics. Sex therapy can often help families, couples, and individuals gain more confidence, restore or improve sexual health, communicate more effectively, and work on achieving a more fulfilling sex life and sexual identity.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

I believe that nurturing a healthy, balanced, and satisfying relationship with oneself and others can promote a meaningful life. Learning how to navigate the unexpected obstacles, past traumas, and life's constant inevitable change can be a daunting task that leaves many hopeless and struggling. Intimate Inquiries was established in order to help those who are suffering find joy, meaning, desire, intimacy, and health in their lives and their relationships. I enjoy helping people not just survive, but thrive and rediscover their lust for life's experiences.
