My Approach to Helping

Therapy should not be one sided, I may have a few degrees next to my name, but you are the true expert of your life. I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership in which we will work together to identify your needs and establish the goals that you wish to accomplish for yourself. I am fortunate to work with adult individuals from all races, religions, ethnicities, genders, and cultural backgrounds. I am truly grateful to be able to work with a wide array of clients from professional environments including all spheres of the entertainment industry, professional athletes, medical professionals, the technological sector, creatives and many more. I help my clients navigate the difficult journey of healing from past and current traumas. Additionally, clients seek my services for anxiety, life transitions, burnout, addiction, and recovery, LGBTQIA+ concerns, perinatal mood disorders and therapy for millennials and adult generation Z’s.

Working together you will gain:

A supportive individual in your life who truly wants to see you succeed.
The understanding that your past does not define your future and will not hinder you from living the life you have always wanted.
Help you come to a deeper understanding of who you are and what you need to accomplish to have a wonderful existence.
Give you a space that you can be authentically yourself, free of judgement to be able to begin to process difficult emotions and circumstances.
Aid you in how to break down seemly huge problems into smaller and more manageable steps.
Provide you with the tools to be able to make firm boundaries with individuals who are causing you stress and anxiety in your life.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Once you step into my office, you are no longer alone with your thoughts, feelings, and pain. I am here to try to make sense of situations and life experiences that seem hard for most to comprehend. In the mid-2000s, I became extremely passionate about treating individuals who have experienced significant trauma and have faced mental health-related challenges. I have been fortunate to have aided thousands of clients in their decisions to heal by facing the fears that hinder them from living the lives they have always wanted. It is a privilege to be part of ones commitment to healing and an honor to walk alongside my clients as they establish a sense of hope and self-confidence to achieve personal success. I always knew I wanted to be a psychotherapist working with clients through all transitions of their lives. My work has taken me nationally and internationally, obtaining the opportunity to learn from and work with some of the world's experts in their fields.
