My Approach to Helping
Therapy should not be one sided, I may have a few degrees next to my name, but you are the true expert of your life. I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership in which we will work together to identify your needs and establish the goals that you wish to accomplish for yourself. I am fortunate to work with adult individuals from all races, religions, ethnicities, genders, and cultural backgrounds. I am truly grateful to be able to work with a wide array of clients from professional environments including all spheres of the entertainment industry, professional athletes, medical professionals, the technological sector, creatives and many more. I help my clients navigate the difficult journey of healing from past and current traumas. Additionally, clients seek my services for anxiety, life transitions, burnout, addiction, and recovery, LGBTQIA+ concerns, perinatal mood disorders and therapy for millennials and adult generation Z’s.
