My Approach to Helping
It may be difficult to navigate life while experiencing uncertainty, stress, fatigue, hopelessness, fear, trauma, sadness, worry, confusion, or stagnation. The process of therapy allows space in which we gradually work towards: clarity, centeredness, acceptance, growth, happiness, peace, autonomy, and self-sufficiency. The therapeutic journey offers an opportunity to reach our desired outcomes (within a safe, tailored, and confidential setting).
With nine years of experience working in the mental health and human services profession, four years of clinical practice, and certification as a Couples' Enrichment Facilitator...my work focuses on individuals, families, and couples aiming to uncover and grow their authentic selves. Therapeutic insight improves optimal wellbeing. My approach—a journey of healing—includes a combination of Humanism, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Post-Modern therapies, providing a person-centered, cognitively-informed, and strength-based lens to the therapeutic process. My aim is to maintain a role of unconditional support, providing you with a gentle guide and collaborative partner as a means to help you achieve peace and contentment.
