What's My Approach to Therapy?
It may be difficult to navigate life while experiencing uncertainty, unpleasantness, or stagnation. The process of therapy allows a space in which we gradually work towards: clarity, acceptance, and peace. The therapeutic journey offers an opportunity to reach our desired outcomes in a manner that is meaningful and sustainable.
My work focuses on individuals, families, and couples of all ages- aiming to grow their core selves. My specialties include: anxiety, body image difficulties, depression, developmental disorders, life transitions, and women's issues.
My approach includes a combination of Humanism, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Post-Modern therapies; providing a person-centered, cognitively-informed, and strength-based lens to the therapeutic process. My aim is to maintain a role of unconditional support, providing you with a gentle guide and collaborative partner as a means to help you achieve peace.
