My Approach to Helping

At the heart of my work is a deep belief that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships—where you feel seen, heard, and never judged. I work with teens and adults who are carrying the weight of trauma, navigating relationship challenges, or struggling with self-worth and identity. Many of my clients are LGBTQ+ and/or neurodivergent, and I offer a space that honors all of who you are, without asking you to shrink or hide parts of yourself.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real connection. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from a mix of evidence-based practices like eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), somatic therapy, and more. Whether you're processing painful experiences, building healthier boundaries, or learning to trust yourself again, we’ll move at your pace—always with compassion and curiosity.

Groups I Work With

I work with teens and adults who are navigating trauma, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences. Many of my clients are part of the LGBTQ+ community and/or are neurodivergent, and I’m committed to providing affirming, nonjudgmental care that respects each person’s lived experience. I welcome those who may have felt misunderstood or overlooked in other spaces, and I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where you can feel safe, seen, and supported.
