My Approach to Helping
I believe you can not only cope, you can thrive by engaging in an authentic, mindful process of exploring your amazing mind and how it connects to your body, to others and within lived experiences. I would like to be your guide by helping you process key past experiences to identify the wisdom you gained and heal the wounds and burdens you may still carry. We can also strategize and problem-solve your current challenges. First, we explore your values and goals, then work together toward achieving them.
