What's My Approach to Therapy?

I believe that healing is a deeply personal process, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I draw on evidence-based approaches—including psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and strengths-based practices—to help you develop practical skills for managing challenges like anxiety, trauma, and stress. My focus is on empowering you to build resilience, foster personal growth, and strengthen your relationships, while honoring your unique experiences and goals. Together, we work toward meaningful change that feels achievable and sustainable.

My Practice & Services

In my private practice, I work with individuals and couples who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, trauma, and stress. I strive to create a welcoming, compassionate space where clients feel supported and understood. As a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I draw on evidence-based approaches—including psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and strengths-based practices—to help clients develop practical tools for managing difficulties and building resilience. My goal is to support personal growth, strengthen relationships, and empower clients to move toward meaningful change in their lives.

My Role as a Therapist

I see my role as creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. I am here to listen, validate, and support you without criticism, helping you feel understood and empowered. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering guidance and evidence-based tools while honoring your unique journey and pace. Together, we work toward growth, healing, and meaningful change in a way that feels authentic to you.
