My Approach to Helping
As a compassionate therapist, I offer space for you to be yourself. I listen, validate, challenge when need be and allow you to be who you are without judgment. Various techniques I use include mindfulness, breathing, insight-oriented therapy, and CBT. Every person has a different preference for coping tools, and it is helpful to see what fits.
There is a lot going on in our world today. I would love to help you find ways to manage your current stressors by offering a healing, safe environment in which you can explore both your past, how those experiences are influencing you currently, and how to make changes in your life to heal your present and future selves.
