I work with adults struggling with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and addiction who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, triggers, or substance use. These patterns often develop as ways to cope—but they don’t have to define you. My approach is direct, supportive, and practical. We focus on building stability, understanding triggers, and developing tools you can use in daily life. As things feel more manageable, we can begin to process deeper experiences at your pace. If you’re ready for change, I’m here to help. I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, CPT, and DBT, and am currently training in EMDR. Together, we’ll identify and shift unhelpful patterns, build coping skills, and strengthen resilience.
