My Role as a Therapist

Therapy can be viewed as a journey toward wholeness. As a therapist, I see my role as partner and companion to those who undertake that journey. I provide a safe, supportive environment where you can explore that which is most meaningful. by accessing the innate wisdom of emotions, thoughts and physical sensations, I help clients develop deeper self awareness and self acceptance. With these resources in place, we are better able to address challenges such as relationship difficulties, anxiety and fears, mood problems, low self worth, addictions and more.

I encourage clients to discuss any questions or concerns they have about the therapist's experience, approach and what to expect from the therapy.
