My Approach to Helping
I find that treatment works best when we approach it as a team. I as your “guide” and you as the “active participant working towards change.” Through this dynamic, we can create a space for transformation and growth. While we are on this journey together, I want you to be able to question, challenge, think, and make decisions for yourself that serve you.
I am familiar with a variety of modalities and can tailor treatment accordingly based on your individual needs and wants. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) the Matrix Model, Trauma-Focused CBT, LGBTQIA+ Affirmative CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy.
