Treatment works best when we approach it as a team. I am your “guide,” and you are the “active participant working towards change.” Through this dynamic, we can create a space for transformation and growth. While we are on this journey together, I want you to be able to question, challenge, think, and make decisions for yourself that serve you.
I am familiar with various modalities and can tailor treatment based on your needs and wants. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Matrix Model, Trauma-Focused CBT, LGBTQIA+ Affirmative CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
