My holistic approach to therapy is based on the belief that each person is the expert in their own life, and everyone has the potential to heal. I collaborate with couples to find new strategies to live the life they envision. I believe that the body and mind affect how one feels, thinks, and behaves, so that mindful choices can be made aligning with personal values and goals.
