My Approach to Helping
I believe that everyone is on their own journey, and that we are meant to learn and change along the way. My work focuses on helping clients gain a deeper understanding of their feelings, thoughts, and lived experiences. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, eating disordersdisordered eating, and relationships with food, weight, and body. I’m also passionate about working with clients around identity exploration, attachment styles, and reparenting.
I prefer to meet with clients in person, as I find that face-to-face connection often creates the most meaningful impact. That said, I do offer telehealth sessions on a limited basis to provide flexibility when needed.
