What's My Approach to Therapy?
I help individuals and couples develop deeper clarity, meaning, and connection in their lives. My work brings together attachment theory, logotherapy, narrative therapy, and family system approaches to support lasting change. Together, we explore the patterns that shape your relationships, the stories that influence who you are, and the values that give your life purpose. Whether you’re working through anxiety or depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or emotional wounds from the past, I work at a pace that aims to feels steady and grounding, while building new insights to support your daily life.
Before becoming a therapist I traveled the world making documentary films — witnessing how people can overcome adversity by telling their stories. That curiosity about story and connection shapes how I work with clients. My style is warm, curious and direct. I work together with my clients at their pace, to do the work they want to do.
If you’re looking for a space to sort through what’s happening in your life and move toward grounded, meaningful change, I’m here to help. I welcome your questions, your hopes, and the parts of your story you’re still discovering. If this approach resonates, I’d be honored to connect over a 15 minute consult call to see if we might work together.
