My Approach to Helping
At times, life’s challenges leave us feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, alone, and anxious. Therapy is one of the ways you can find comfort in knowing there is someone out there who wants to help you on your journey towards healing.
My my overall goal is to create a supportive therapeutic relationship, and more importantly, a collaborative one. We will work together every step of the way to develop a treatment approach individualized to your unique preferences. My style is client centered and trauma sensitive from years of working with youth and adults in behavioral and mental health settings.
