I help teens and adults reconnect to themselves with compassionate, trauma-informed therapy in Belmont, in-person and online across NC. I specialize in working with teens (14+) and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), life transitions, identity exploration, stress, and emotional overwhelm.
