What's My Approach to Therapy?

Many people come to therapy because life has begun to feel heavier than they expected, maybe anxiety that doesn’t quiet down, low moods, or changes that feel hard to navigate alone. I offer a space where we can slow down, sort through what’s happening & make changes together at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach is steady & collaborative. I also work with couples who are ready to show up for their relationship, whether they’re in a difficult chapter or want to strengthen the relationship. Both partners simply need to be open to the process. For premaritaldating couples, I offer support using the Prepare Enrich framework.

Many clients begin therapy during a difficult season & continue with a biweekly or monthly maintenance session to stay connected to their progress. Others increase or decrease frequency as life shifts. There’s room for all of that here. We focus on what’s showing up in your life right now, build skills & insights to support long-term emotional well-being.

Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes. It’s a grounded, supportive space where you can be honest, curious, & understood as you explore what you need, now and over time. If you’re looking for steady, meaningful support as you move through anxiety, depression, relationships or life changes, I’m here to walk alongside you.

I am available In-Person & Virtually Monday's, Wednesday's, & Thursday's 12PM - 6PM, Tuesdays 10AM-6PM & Fridays Virtual Only 9AM - 3PM If these times are tough feel free to email.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

I tailor session frequency based on your needs and the level of support that will help you make meaningful progress.

Level One: Sessions every two weeks.
Level Two: Weekly sessions.
Level Three: Twice-weekly sessions for the first four weeks, followed by weekly sessions for the next four weeks, and then shifting to biweekly sessions as we move toward maintenance work.

If you're returning to therapy or seeking maintenance support, we'll determine together whether beginning at Level One (biweekly sessions) or meeting once a month is the best fit.
