Through the therapeutic relationship, building on your natural strengths and leaning on the latest research, together we will find the healing and quality of life you deserve. Research demonstrates even those who have experienced unimaginable loss and trauma can experience post-traumatic growth - that is they can actually function better than before the trauma. I believe in the power of resilience in the human spirit because I see it every day on my work with people.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Talk therapy works. My clients regularly report relief as early as the first session.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

Throughout life, beginning as early as our very first days and continually through each stage of life, we build a framework to make sense of it all. We all can benefit from a new frame sometimes. Using a variety of clinical approaches, we can explore and gently challenge your current narrative to find growth and healing so you can thrive.
