My Approach to Helping
Welcome, I am so glad that you are here. It takes courage to ask for help, especially when you are struggling with anxiety on a regular basis. My aim is to help you address worry so that you can live in a more balanced and joyful way. I specialize in helping women mitigate anxiety in order to live their best lives.
In our work together, we may use the brain-based therapy, EMDR, to heal any past emotional wounds contributing to current anxiety. We may also use mindfulness, somatic, and nature-focused approaches to help you develop skills to remain grounded and calm in stressful situations.
You are brave for being vulnerable and showing up for yourself. We all have the capacity to heal when given the necessary tools and environment, and I would be honored to travel together on your path to healing. I invite you to reach out so that we can connect and talk about how to best support you.
