My Approach to Helping
Many of us seek therapy for a myriad of different reasons. Sometimes it's just to talk about life's difficulties and how hard it can be. I provide an empathetic, safe, and supportive environment for adults and young adults experiencing, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, infertility, or going through a tough transitional time in their life. I offer my clients mindfulness, breathing, and or meditative techniques. I experience that mindfulness techniques and meditation are useful tools in managing one's anxiety and daily stresses. It can foster a sense of awareness, connection, and centeredness. I also provide a variety of other tools, techniques, and approaches such as Gestalt, Psychodynamic,Cognitive Behavioral, Depth work, Dream work, and art therapy. Through our work together, one can gain fresh insights and help break patterns of negative thoughts and limiting beliefs. Therapy sessions can improve communication, and strengthen relationships not only with others but with oneself. Therapy supports an increased self-confidence and authenticity
