Regular counseling sessions are typically 50 minutes long.
​My out-of-pocket counseling fee for treatment is $110.00 (+3.5% processing fee) per 50-minute session, payable at each visit.

Initial session fee of $130.00 (+3.5% processing fee) for a full 60 minutes to complete initial intake.

I accept credit or debit cards through electronic processing as payment.

Creditdebit cards will be charged an additional 3.5% electronic processing fee per transaction.

I specialize in helping clients navigate the deep inner journey of grief and loss, end-of-life, anxiety, sleep dysregulation, post-traumatic symptoms, caregiver stress, psycho-spiritual integration, and major life transitions-combining proven holistic, mind-body clinical mental health counseling and mindfulness-based methodologies.

I also offer ​individualized mindfulness coaching to focus and deepen your mindfulness practice, navigate roadblocks and integrate insights into your mental health journey-including an 8-week MBSR curriculum delivered as a personalized weekly class.
