My Approach to Therapy

Do you feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, guilt, or people-pleasing? Is it difficult to say no, hold boundaries, or prioritize your needs without fear or second-guessing? I know how hard it can be to choose yourself while releasing patterns that impact confidence and relationships. I provide online therapy in FL and NC, supporting adults with anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, and codependency through evidence-based approaches. Together, we’ll build emotional regulation, improve communication, and strengthen resilience so you can reconnect with who you are and move toward a more grounded, confident, and meaningful life. I support adults struggling with anxiety, guilt, and people-pleasing in breaking unhelpful patterns and creating healthier boundaries. Using a collaborative and evidence-based approach, I integrate CBT Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy to promote meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll work to reduce anxiety, build confidence, and improve relationships. Starting therapy can feel like a big step and it’s completely okay to move at your own pace. I offer a compassionate, supportive space to process anxiety, stress, past experiences, and relationship challenges. Together, we’ll strengthen boundaries, build self-trust, and help you reconnect with yourself so life can feel more steady, aligned, and meaningful.

My Practice & Services

My current office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 AM EST to 3 PM EST. I offer virtual sessions for clients in North Carolina and Florida. I accept most insurance plans, however if your plan is not in-network with my practice, I can provide a superbill for clients using out-of-network benefits, which may support reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for details about your benefits. If you are interested in connecting to set up a free consultation, email is best mode of contact. I am very responsive and I will contact you within 24 hours. A free consultation will be scheduled before our first session to discuss what you are looking for in a therapist and confirm that we both feel comfortable moving forward with an intake session. During your first session, we will explore your current needs and work together to identify your main goals for therapy. We will discuss the challenges you’re facing and collaborate on a plan to address them in a way that feels manageable and meaningful for you. Many clients begin to notice gradual relief from symptoms within the first few weeks, with continued progress over time, though each person’s journey is unique.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

The thought of starting therapy can bring up overwhelming feelings. Even as a therapist, when I sought support, fears immediately came to mind: Will I be judged? Will I feel truly supported by someone I don't know? These types of thoughts are very common. One thing that helped me was shifting my focus to what I wanted and needed from therapy, rather than worrying about how I would be received. I met with therapists who offered free consultations so I could explore my needs and determine the best fit. You deserve to be seen and heard, and I am here to support you on your journey.
