My Approach to Helping

My specialty lies in working with high-achieving individuals, deep thinkers, and those who grapple with anxiety and OCD. With a caring and supportive approach, my aim is to empower you to become the authority on your mental well-being.

In therapy, I strive to create a safe and understanding environment where you can comfortably express yourself. I understand that anxiety and OCD can be challenging, and I'm here to help you tackle those challenges head-on. My focus extends beyond providing short-term relief; I'm committed to arming you with the tools and insights necessary for long-lasting self-care.

As we embark on this journey together, you can anticipate:

-Gaining a deeper understanding of your anxiety, OCD, or trauma symptoms.
-Uncovering ways to take control over certain aspects of your anxiety.
-Identifying and transforming habits that may be hindering your progress.
-Discovering relief and mental clarity, even amid uncertainty.
-Learning techniques to conquer overanalysis and excessive worry.
-Building the strength to confront and conquer your fears.

Beyond anxiety and OCD, I also bring expertise in trauma recovery, specifically through EMDR. We'll work together to address any past traumas, facilitating your healing process and empowering you to move forward.

I'm excited to join you on your journey towards becoming a stronger, more resilient version of yourself. Let's begin this transformative process together!

My Role as a Therapist

My role is to help you find relief from anxiety using the best, most effective treatment methods. I strive to not only support you through this process, but also teach you concepts so you become an expert on your own anxiety. You'll leave treatment with confident answers about the following questions:

- How does my anxiety work?
- How do I control my anxiety?
- What am I doing to make my anxiety worse over time?
- How do I get relief from anxiety?
- How do I get unstuck from my thoughts?
- How do I stop overanalyzing problems?
- How do I stop worrying so much?
- How do I get over my fears?

I work hard to provide high-quality, effective, and attentive treatment to every one of my clients, and would love to connect to see how I might be able to help.
