It is really important that you find a therapist who is a good fit for you. Therapy is a wonderful way to heal and grow but it works best if you are meeting with the right person for YOU. There are so many approaches to therapy and different methods work for different people. My work with individuals is relational in nature and designed to grow self-knowledge and trust so you can ultimately address issues in your life using your deepest inner wisdom and strength. My Role as a Therapist
My role as a therapist is to help you identify issues you feel are holding you back or causing distress and to examine them in relatable terms, always drawing on your deeper self to find answers. The goal is to help you solve problems on your own, not make you more dependent. We are trained to ignore our gut intelligence and second-guess ourselves. Therapy is an opportunity to reconnect with that part of yourself and see what it is really capable of.
