My Approach to Helping
As an associate marriage and family therapist, I specialize in narrative therapy, helping clients of all ages explore and reshape the stories that have influenced their lives. I believe healing happens when we separate ourselves from our problems and rediscover our strengths, values, and purpose. I especially love working with children, teens, and first responders—individuals who often carry complex experiences and deep inner strength. In addition to traditional therapy, I offer ocean therapy, using the natural rhythm and presence of the ocean as a grounding, healing space. Whether we’re walking along the shore or sitting by the waves, nature often opens doors that words alone can’t. My approach is collaborative, creative, and compassionate—designed to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered. If you're ready to begin a new chapter in your story, I’d be honored to walk alongside you!

Rooted in narrative therapy and often incorporating ocean-based sessions, my practice provides a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their stories, build resilience, and connect with their inner strengths. Whether in the office or by the sea, I work collaboratively with clients to help them navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change.
My Therapy Focus
We are all very busy people, and I want therapy to serve as 45 minutes just for you?a space to talk about whatever you need. I view therapy as a conversation in a judgment-free zone, where you feel heard and supported. My goal is to be your conversational partner?someone who listens with care, but also gently challenges you to see perspectives that may be hard to notice on your own. As a narrative therapist, I aim to help you rewrite the dominant stories in your life that are causing distress and bring to light alternative stories that reflect your strengths, values, and hopes.
