My Approach to Helping
My approach is collaborative, warm, and shame-reducing, while attending to experiences of marginalization and oppression that can often lead to isolation and disconnection from others. While the stress of life can be serious and overwhelming at times, I enjoy incorporating humor where appropriate and slowing down to express gratitude.

My Therapy Focus
I believe change and healing occur within the context of authentic, mutually empowering relationships, and view myself as a co-pilot in the therapy room with clients. I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe to bring in all aspects of their identity. I take a relational-cultural approach to therapy and feel passionately about working from a feminist, anti-racist, sex-positive, and body-inclusive framework.
