My Approach to Helping

You might be here because something feels heavy—trauma that lingers in the body, shame tied to sex or identity, or the quiet exhaustion of moving through a world that wasn’t built with you in mind. You may not know exactly what you need yet, only that you want to feel more grounded, more connected, more yourself.

I work with queer and trans adults, including neurodivergent individuals and trauma survivors, who are navigating complex histories and seeking real, lasting change. Whether you’re untangling the effects of chronic stress, working through body-based trauma, or reimagining what safety and connection can feel like, our work will center your lived experience with care and respect.

Using somatic therapy, parts work, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and polyvagal-informed tools, I help you build safety, restore self-trust, and move toward a more rooted and connected life. This work is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you come home to yourself. When you’re ready, I’ll be here.

Had a Negative Therapy Experience?

If you've had a painful therapy experience?especially one that ignored or harmed your identity?you?re not alone. Many queer, trans, neurodivergent, and trauma-impacted people have been dismissed, pathologized, or made to shrink themselves in spaces that were meant to offer care. In our work, your full self is welcome. Your safety, agency, and lived experience come first.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Going to therapy is often misunderstood as a sign of weakness, especially for those of us in marginalized bodies. But the truth is that seeking support takes strength. It means refusing to carry pain alone and choosing to invest in your well-being. There is nothing flawed about asking for help. It?s a powerful, courageous step toward change.
