My Approach to Helping

As a mindfulness-based relationship specialist, I help you build a solid foundation for you to create an exceptional relationship. Good relationships require both personal and relational growth. For this reason, I can work with you individually or partnered.

I embrace a compassionate approach to help you navigate tough conversations, strengthen self-expression, and practice healthy accountability. You will learn ways to take responsibility for the health of your relationship(s), decrease personal stress, increase empathy and compassion, strengthen connection, and improve your sex life.

I also enjoy working with women individually who want to better understand their evolving sexual selves, who want to learn to quiet their thoughts and trust their intuitive wisdom and live in alignment with their minds, bodies and spirit.

My integrative approach allows me to play an active role in helping you heal your body, mind, and heart by offering guidance, direct feedback, and home practice exercises.

My therapeutic style incorporates an eclectic blend of Eastern and Western methodologies, drawing on cutting-edge research in the field of mindfulness, relationships, and sexual health. Together, we examine how your individual thinking, relationship dynamics, family, social circumstances, and physical health all impact your relationship as a whole. My academic and educational background combines with my personal experiences practicing mindfulness, meditation, and spiritual attunement.

I offer morning, daytime, and some evening appointments, both in-person and through video conferencing (telehealth). To make an appointment with me at Center for Intimate Relationships, click the links to call or email me, or contact me through my website.

More Info About My Practice

My practice focuses on three key areas:

1) Couples and sex therapy
2) Therapy for Women
3) Mindfulness Training

I provide a confidential, respectful, and comfortable environment that supports your growth, connection, and fulfillment.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

I treat a variety of individual and relational issues. No two people are alike, no two couples are alike. Yet at the core of every person's biology is a fundamental need to feel like you belong and ultimately, to feel loved. Our therapeutic work focuses on both the personal and the relational. Together, I'll partner with you to help you remove obstacles that keep you from loving yourself or from giving and receiving love with someone else, so that you can have a life that feels meaningful and rewarding.
