Billing and Insurance

I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage

Fees: I've written a guide to help you get the most fair and accurate reimbursement for psychotherapy from your insurance company, whether with me or with other providers. (The link is at the bottom of the "Fees" page on my website.) I hope you find it helpful.

Please feel free to contact me about questions or concerns you have about fees and insurance.

More Info About My Practice

I am a psychologist in private practice, bringing nearly two decades of professional experience to providing individual and group psychotherapy for adults.

The work I do often often highlights the following issues:
? Enhancement of physical health through improved psychological health
? Improved life satisfaction
? Healthy self-knowledge
? Improved relationships with oneself and one's loved ones
? Emotional development and growth.

In addition to my expertise in clinical psychology, I am also trained in the science of neuropsychology, which looks at the connection between the brain and behavior.
I have a special interest in interpersonal neurobiology, an integrative approach which cultivates mindful awareness. The practice of mindfulness is now being shown to stimulate the brain to grow new, more integrated circuits ~ and may be at the heart of well-being, including emotional balance and resilience, enhanced relationships and attachments, improved cardiac and immune function, and an enhanced sense of empathy, connectedness, and self-understanding. (To learn more about this approach to enhanced well-being, please visit my "ReWireYourBrainForLove" site.)
