Welcome. I know the decision to come to therapy can be a very difficult one. You need reassurance that you have made the right decision to get outside support, and that I will be the person to best help you. I want you to know that I have a passion for helping others, and strive to make each person feel safe, comfortable and confident in the therapeutic process so that collaboration and healing can occur. In therapy, we will work together to better understand your needs and come to solutions that are manageable and reachable. We will work on developing greater self-knowledge and identify emotional, behavioral, and relational patterns that have gotten in your way and kept you feeling stuck. I will teach you skills that include helping you better regulate your emotions, manage your stress, challenge unproductive ways of thinking, and become a better advocate for yourself.

More Info About My Practice

For further information about my practice, please visit my website at the link noted above.

I am an out-of-network provider for Tricare; otherwise, I am not a preferred provider on insurance panels. I will provide you with the necessary information needed to submit to your insurance for an out-of-network provider reimbursement.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I have extensive experience working with older children, adolescents, and adults struggling with life transition issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship struggles, which may cause a person to feel isolated or alone. I am a patient, open, and accepting therapist who works at a pace that is comfortable to you.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

It is important to me to create a therapeutic environment that conveys respect, kindness, integrity, and skill. It is rewarding to see a person apply the self-knowledge and skills learned in therapy and find a greater sense of happiness, self-worth, and life satisfaction.
