In my practice I work with clients to achieve a greater sense of awareness, empowerment, and develop better solutions and strategies to resolve their issues and problems. I believe that, as people become more aware and accepting of themselves, they are more capable of finding happiness and contentment in their lives. As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Although you are welcome to use your insurance benefits, please note that I am considered an out-of-network provider. If you wish to use your insurance benefits, I will be happy to provide a receipt of services / super bill at the end of each session so you can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement. Payment of services is expected at the end of each session. Cash, checks, HSA debit cards, and major credits are all accepted.
