The decision to begin therapy can be intimidating, overwhelming, or even exciting. My hope is that this first step will instill hope that you will find the help you're looking for, and that my words may give you a sense of who I am both as a person and your potential therapist. Successful counseling is based on a respectful, connected, and collaborative therapeutic relationship that is the foundation for change. I aim to create a safe and comfortable space for you to first heal your wounds and create insight about what may be holding you back, and then together we will come up with a plan for nourishing yourself, caring for important relationships, inspiring creativity, and living your passions. The journey to a nourished life begins within, and I'd like to help you on your path!

On a more personal note, I enjoy the outdoors, health and fitness, painting, yoga, and my favorite food is French fries. I am originally from Florida and have been living in Colorado for the past 7 years, enjoying the crisp mountain air and sunshine. Everyday I do my best as a therapist, friend, partner, daughter, and aunt. On days when my best falls short, I try to take my own advice and meet my shortcomings with compassion rather than judgment.

More Info About My Practice

Inner Nourish Counseling, LLC is a fee-for-service private practice. I charge $120 for a 50 minute session, and $180 for a 90 minute session. I offer a free phone consultation to answer any questions you may have, and to determine if we will be an appropriate therapeutic fit. I am currently accepting new clients ages 16 and up.
