Find peace, purpose and perspective. Are you feeling stressed out, burned out and unsure of yourself due to the responsibilities of life or a major life change? Feel irritable, angry, or frustrated? If you feel like you've gotten off track from the person you want to be, I want to help you get reconnected with your true self; Imagine what it would be like and how it would feel to be proud of yourself, accomplish your goals, and find peace and contentment in your relationships.
It is possible and I want to help you get there by looking at root causes to your issues, learning how to live an authentic and balanced life, and living out your inner priorities. This process can often time reduce and even eliminate symptoms of anxiety, stress, and depression. I also offer a faith based approach to those interested, choosing to reconnect to God as a source of healing and hope. Choose to live a life of intention, give me a call for a free phone consult.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
I am experienced in helping individuals and couples work through transitional periods in their life such as adding a new member to the family, career changes, sobriety or relationship changes. Changes often throw us off balance and my clients often share how much better they feel after meeting with me during these times as I help them find clarity, strength and perspective. Clients are able to learn more about their anxiety and depression issues, and then learn practical ways to manage and heal from mental health issues. I work with committed couples that are struggling with personality, life changes, or communication issues.
How Psychotherapy Can Help
Choosing therapy means you are ready to start to heal, grow, make positive changes, and believe you're worth the investment. Meeting with a therapist, sharing your experiences, feelings, opinions, and thoughts helps you to release negative built up tension, get out of your own head, receive guidance when needed and learn ways to cope or see the situation differently. Psychotherapy can be a game changer, allowing you to be more intentional in your life and in relationships. I've seen dramatic changes in my clients when they choose to reflect on their lives, get real, honest, and learn ways to move past mental road blocks. Engaging in therapy often helps people make better choices, be more confident and comfortable in their own skin, let go of past hurt or traumas, incorporate healthy boundaries, and even face fears that have been holding them back for years.
