Healing is within your reach. My core belief as a psychotherapist is that each of us has the blueprint for our own healing stored within us. We unconsciously know what is healthy for us, and how to achieve it even if we cannot see our way there clearly in the moment. In our work together, my primary focus is to help you tap into that stored information at your own pace. Through our collaboration we can identify what areas in your life may need attention, and we find our way forward with you as the guide. In my experience of walking through these difficult times with clients, positive change does come, sometimes abundantly, from thoughtful consideration of the all-important details and the trials encountered along the way. What is created is the rarest of spaces in your busy everyday life: a therapeutic container that can hold what may feel like the most enormous of cares. My style is relational and interactive; I don't only sit back and listen. We will engage in a therapeutic conversation that moves us gently through any stuck places that we may discover. In the safety of this environment, you can best access your own unique blueprint for healing.
