My Approach to Helping
Providing In-Office and Online Therapy to California Residents.
Are you grieving the loss of a relationship or loved one? Perhaps you have reached a crossroads in your life where you feel lost without clarity or direction. You may find yourself making unhealthy choices and the quality of your life is not what you want it to be.
Psychotherapy can help you explore and clarify your feelings and needs, move through grief, change unhealthy behavioral patterns, develop close relationships, live more authentically, and improve life satisfaction.
I provide psychotherapy to adult individuals who are motivated to achieve personal growth and emotional well-being by engaging in the therapeutic process.
My approach is warm, friendly and supportive. My theoretic orientation is person-centered and strength-based.
I welcome you to a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. During your phone consultation, we can discuss the reason you are seeking treatment and how I may help. I can answer the questions you might have to determine if the psychotherapy service I provide will be right for you.
