My Approach to Helping
I specialize in helping women build self esteem for greater personal and professional success. Feelings of sadness, anxiety and self-doubt can prevent you from reaching your full potential. Counseling can help you feel better about yourself, recover from a break-up or divorce, improve your relationships, alleviate depression, reduce anxiety or heal from trauma.

I know that it can be hard to ask for help. But it can also be hard to talk to family and friends who, even with the best of intentions, may not be able to offer you the understanding and feedback you truly need. As a caring and experienced counselor, I would like help you feel better and move forward in your life. Feel free to call me to discuss your situation or to schedule an appointment.
