Therapy should help you change things for the better. Sometimes life presents problems that we're having trouble solving by ourselves. Therapy can help you to: change patterns that have been causing you difficulty: improve the quality of your relationships; sort through difficult choices; manage changes in your life -- both the expected and the unexpected. I see therapy as the work of a collaborative team: therapist and client joining to achieve the therapeutic goals that are most important to you.
