My Approach to Helping

Are you feeling depressed, anxious, or confused? Is it hard to make decisions? Many people are seeking help because they feel "lost in state of pain and confusion" and they are looking for answers. My approach to is "Client-Centered and Solution Based Therapy". I believe we make changes through awareness, compassion, non-judgment, and empowerment. I will help you sort through your problems and lay the foundation for a more enriching and manageable life. My clients have shared that working towards a "plan" and being pro-active with their problems help them to feel better immediately.

Some of my specialties are: Relationship and family issues, Pre-marital or Marital Counseling, Parenting, Effective Communication Skills, Pre and Post Divorce Issues, Dating, Blending families, and Co-Parenting After Divorce. Working with individuals on Depression, Loss, Abuse and Trauma, and Anxiety issues.

I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, with a double Masters Degree in Psychology, Master's level Certificate in Conflict Resolution, and an Adult Education Credential. I have 9 years working experience. I offer you a compassionate approach, and many effective and practical communication tools.
