I work with you to discover your inner strengths and resources for enhancing relationships with yourself and others. No matter where we are in life, we have opportunities to learn and grow. Our most involved relationships have the ability to stretch us and help us learn to appreciate others and ourselves. As a writer, columnist, teacher, counselor, coach, workshop and seminar leader, I have had to learn how my own inner beliefs affect my outer experieces. We are designed for love and joy--but sometimes get lost in the journey.
